Q: When I try to use the Fill tool, the hourglass displays and doesn't execute the fill. How can I stop this behavior?
- We have seen this behavior with version 1.1 on some systems when the Color Similarity is used with the Fill and some other tools (e.g., the Color-Replacement Eraser). The system is not locked, but for some reason the fill process can take a few minutes on some systems. Downloading a newer version (2.0+) or upgrade patch (for registered users) should correct the problem. Until you are using the new version, try to avoid setting a Color Similarity value other than the default.
