Shipment Policy

Orders received directly by CursorArts Company are usually shipped the same day when the order is received by 11 A.M. (Pacific Standard Time) during weekdays. Orders received on weekends and holidays are usually shipped the next business day. When an item must be backordered, you will be informed if there will be a delay.

You have a choice of shipping method when you order. Unless otherwise specified, your order will be shipped by mail (generally by Priority Mail if within the U.S., or by Air Mail to other nations) and the Payment Methods

We accept payment by American Express, Mastercard/Eurocard, VISA and Discover/Novus. Prepayment by bank check is accepted if the amount is made payable in U.S. Dollars (USD) and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Purchase Orders from companies and organizations are accepted on approved credit. In some cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment when paying by check or Purchase Order so that funds may be verified or credit approval processed (particularly if this is your first time ordering from us) - click here for more information about purchase order requirements.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please notify our Sales Department immediately if you receive a damaged shipment. We do our best to ensure that your package is shipped in working order, but mysterious things do occasionally occur in transit. Our staff will be happy to make sure you receive a replacement. Please note the time it can take for transit listed above. Unfortunately, we have no control over overseas shipments which are held in Customs (Importation) departments for inspection. We can, however, track shipments sent by FedEx to determine what may be causing a delay.

Returns and Refunds

Even though you should be able to determine the suitability of any of our products simply by using one of the trial versions, if you wish to return a product which you have purchased for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from CursorArts Company. We cannot process returns for purchases made from on-line shops, local dealers, stores or other resellers.

Before returning the product, you must notify our Sales Department within 30 days of the Invoice date. Please include the Invoice number for the purchase, and the item being returned. Our Sales Department will issue you an RMA number to authorize the return. Send the product in original condition, prepaid to CursorArts Company; PO BOX 1349; North Bend, OR 97459. You should securely package the product, and you may wish to arrange for insurance and/or for proof of delivery to see that it arrives back to us. Enclose a note explaining the reason for the return (this is for quality control), plus the RMA number issued to you. Once we have received your returned item, a credit in the amount of the price charged for the product will be issued to the credit card account used to purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. We regret that we cannot process returns which are over 30 days past the original purchase date.
