Tool Options Bars
The tool options bar is located just above the editing area. Various controls appear on this bar, depending on the tool which is being used.
Use the Size control to select the thickness of the brush or line.
The Pen drop-down allows you to select from customized brushes for varying effects. You can create your own brushes using the Change Pen Tip function found under the Edit menu.
The Style functions allow you to use gradient and patterned fills, change the shape of the brush, etc. Click here for more information about Style options.
